Cobham

• Brambletye, Blundel Lane, Cobham, two-storey rear extension, front bay window and detached triple garage with accommodation over.
• 8 Queensgate, Fairmile Lane, Cobham, Tree Preservation Order E1:89/33 fell sycamore prune.
• The Glebe and Butterfields, Stoke Road, Cobham, Conservation Area - works to various trees as per plan and schedule (see Conservation Area Notice for full details).
• Chasemore Farm, Bookham Road, Downside, Cobham, single-storey side extension and loggia and alterations to existing outbuildings following demolition of boiler room.

It's good that these planning applications are given extra publicity - Christmas and the August holidays are often used by less than honorable people to get their planing through while many are away or too busy, e.g Kings Road swimming pool site.
